Ladies Guided Meditations: Karen, the Founder of SWH provides relaxing, ladies guided group meditation mornings. Supporting one's spiritual development and intuitive gifts. For more information please refer to the details below.
Ladies Sacred Guided Meditations
"Wednesday Wellness"
10:00 am: welcome ladies, you are invited to arrive for settling in, and finding your "meditational space" to enjoy our relaxing, guided meditation. There is ample floor space for b.y.o. yoga mat, should you desire, alternatively comfortable seating provided.
10:20 am: our ladies meditation begins
11:00 am: following our meditation we relax together with a morning tea and opportunity of connecting socially, with others of like-mindedness. All from within a tranquil space and environment at our home-based hub.
12 noon midday we depart.
Please Note; every so often you are invited to join in, from working with additional spiritual developmental tools, such as with practicing card readings, etc. For attendance please phone Karen to secure seating availability, and for catering morning tea; 0400 531 475.
